Big Game on the Left Coast

Published by mike_pallas at 12:00 am under Uncategorized Edit This

I don’t think it is a stretch to say that this weekend’s game in Seattle is the biggest game in the history of the New York Jets franchise since the AFC Conference title game in 1998. The Jets are taking a trip to Quest Field, on Sunday, with much more than the AFC East title on the line. Their entire postseason could be on the line. With a loss to the Seahawks the Jets could be eliminated from the playoffs, but with a victory they could eliminate the New England Patriots from the playoffs, their first non-playoff season since 2001. This is also big for a franchise that has been near the bottom of the conference for most of the decade. This is their best season since 2002.
